According to the American Chiropractic Association, as well as other sources:
- 31 million Americans experience low-back pain at any given time.

- Lower back pain is a leading cause of disability worldwide
- Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people miss work and visit the doctor’s office.
While it is suggested that most causes of lower back pain are “mechanical”, science now affirms that everything in the known universe vibrates, including our physical bodies! The cells that make up our “physical form” are actually resonating at various speeds or frequencies, which we perceive as “matter”. So, the “matter that is with you” or what you are “resonating with” at any point of time or on a regular basis, is important to consider as we look at the root cause of back pain, or any pain for that “matter”.

Much informative article on back pain. Most of us get back pain at least once in a lifetime. It’s fine if that subsides with regular exercises and best posture habits. But if the problem continues, a visit to an expert is much needed and right diagnosis at right time can help in solving the issue. Some exercises to help relieve back pain.

Being a Pilates instructor who has worked with lots of physical therapists, chiropractors and other healing artists; I fully agree that having the right expertise to help map out a comprehensive plan is extremely important. In my personal experience in working with many people, if you do not address the root cause of a physical manifestation of dis-ease, then the problem often will keep coming back. For example, my back went out recently and as I tuned in and listened to my body, I was able to identify the root cause which was on an emotional level. As I was more present to this emotional “inner-fearance” pattern, my back came back into alignment. I also did go to my Chiropractor to support it from a physical prospective as well. Just think too often we do not appreciate that what we are resonating with on all levels, matters! Thanks again for sharing. Be well!

Back pain can be occurred due to multiple reasons namely sitting or standing for an extended period of time, not choosing the right shoes as per your work etc. To get rid of it you can choose the best shoes for standing all day or change your nature of work.
